1. Accessibility Standards

1.1. Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act
The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 mandates that service providers eliminate barriers experienced by people with disabilities. The Act aims to drive progress in accessibility across Ontario to make the province barrier-free to people with disabilities by 2025.
1.2. Accessibility Documents
K-Line’s Multi-Year Accessibility Plan has been developed in accordance with the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. The plan outlines the initiatives and actions that the Company has taken to address barriers to accessibility, while ensuring the Company meets its obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.
